From start to finish, the team was easy to work with, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. The quality of workmanship really shows — our pool turned out absolutely beautiful and has exceeded our expectations in terms of design, functionality, and overall impact on our home. While communication could have been a bit stronger at times, and it would have been nice to be proactively offered more customized upgrade options along the way, none of that takes away from the final outcome. We ultimately ended up getting all of the bells and whistles, and the result is truly stunning. Our pool is one of the most unique we’ve seen, and friends and family are constantly complimenting it. The transformation of our backyard has been incredible. What was once just bare outdoor space and dead grass is now where we spend most of our time — relaxing, entertaining, and making memories. The pool has completely changed how we use and enjoy our home, and it feels like a personal resort right in our backyard. If you’re looking for a pool company that delivers a high-quality product and a jaw-dropping final result, we would absolutely recommend them. After a previous pool maintenance company ruined the plaster on our pool last summer, Jessica at Custom Pools by Reynolds (company that originally built pool in 2014) helped us through the process of making our once pristine pool beautiful again. Once we decided to move forward with the re-plastering, Custom Pools by Reynolds was quick, efficient and professional. We have visitors coming in and Jessica assured me the pool would be ready for their visit and it is. They were sure to provide detailed instructions guaranteeing a beautiful pool. I also appreciate how the process was explained each step of the way. While not the least expensive, they certainly were not as expensive as other quotes we have received and they have the reputations and reviews to back their work. "We had a Benjamin Franklin list 2 pages long when comparing all our estimates to make sure we were comparing apples to apples. Jessica brought it home with her listening and envisioning skills and Owner/Designer Bobbie nailed the design of our dreams. Both were able to answer all our many questions and won our confidence in them as the right choice to build our pool. On the day of the dig Bobbie came to our site and said to me that the construction of a pool is the only construction where you take materials from the earth and put them back in the earth in the form of art. As I watched the crews come through, I saw what Bobbie meant. Each crew arrived and performed their piece of the art. I have to say, and I did say to each of the crews, that the way they worked was so synchronized and all the work was so carefully performed. And, as promised, we have a beautiful pool.
